These terms govern use of the Alfa Marble Trading Company website and the promotional offers the company announces.
1. Website purpose
The site is informational and showcases products and services. Website content is not a final sale contract, and online payments are not accepted directly.
2. Natural stone
Availability may change. Variations in marble colour, veining, natural fissures, and texture are inherent and not necessarily defects. Slabs, measurements, and finishes must be approved in writing.
3. Quotations and execution
Prices, schedules, and measurements remain estimates unless approved in a quotation or agreement. Commitments begin after final agreement and satisfaction of financial and technical conditions.
4. User responsibilities
Provide accurate information, do not misuse the site, and do not submit bank card details through forms.
5. Intellectual property
Content, logos, and photographs are owned by the company or used with permission and may not be commercially exploited without written approval.
6. Third-party services
WhatsApp, Google Maps, and social platforms are governed by their owners’ terms.
7. Limitation
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, as permitted by law, are not responsible for indirect loss caused by relying solely on website information without a written agreement.

9. Governing law
Applicable laws of Saudi Arabia govern these terms.
10. Saudi National Day 96 offers
The following terms apply to the two offers by Alfa Marble Trading Company for Saudi National Day 96.
Offer 1: 20% off selected marble
20% off 10 selected natural marble slab varieties chosen by Alfa Marble Trading Company.
The discount applies to the value of these varieties’ slabs when purchased raw, and to the value of the finished product cut by Alfa Marble for floors, walls, or custom fabrication.
The discount does not cover installation or shipping fees.
Included varieties are announced in campaign materials, and their list and codes are sent on request via WhatsApp. Varieties outside this list are not discounted.
Quantities are limited to available stock of each variety, and the selected slab must be approved in writing before execution under clause 2 of these terms.
Offer 2: SAR 96 cashback for every SAR 1,000
The customer receives SAR 96 cashback for every SAR 1,000 of eligible purchases on their invoice, before VAT.
Cashback is calculated at 9.6% of the eligible amount and is not limited to complete multiples of SAR 1,000. Example: SAR 2,500 of eligible purchases earns SAR 240.
Eligible purchases are Turkish or Chinese marble slabs that the customer buys from Alfa Marble and has cut by Alfa Marble for floors, walls, or custom fabrication. The value of the finished cut product counts, including both the slab and the cutting.
Cashback does not cover: slabs bought raw without cutting, marble of any other origin, cutting of marble not purchased from Alfa Marble, varieties discounted under Offer 1, or installation and shipping fees.
The customer must claim the cashback within 7 days of the invoice date. The right to claim lapses once this period ends.
When claiming, the customer chooses one of two ways to use the cashback: as a deduction from the invoice value, or towards a new product from Alfa Marble.
Invoices issued during the offer period keep their full claim period, even if it extends beyond the end of the offer.
General offer terms
Both offers are valid until 5 October 2026 or while stock lasts.
The two offers cannot be combined on the same item. If an invoice includes Offer 1 varieties and cashback-eligible purchases, cashback is calculated on the eligible purchases only.
The invoice issued by Alfa Marble Trading Company is the reference for determining eligible items and amounts.
If this clause conflicts with the other terms, this clause prevails with respect to the two offers.
